Scope and service delivery

Product descriptions and accepted quotations define the deliverables. A starting price is not a fixed price for every project. Work begins after scope, required access and the applicable payment are confirmed. Delivery estimates depend on timely client input and agreed third-party dependencies.

Pricing, currency and payments

The currency is shown on each service and invoice. PayFast checkout uses PKR in this integration. If a USD invoice is eligible for conversion, the configured exchange rate and exact PKR charge are shown before you proceed. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or fees. Payment options depend on the merchant account, your country and your bank; not every card or wallet is available everywhere.

Invoices and renewals

Orders create invoices automatically. An invoice is marked paid only following verified gateway confirmation or an authorized administrative entry. Recurring services may generate renewal invoices and reminders. Creating a renewal invoice does not authorize automatic card charging. Renewals require payment unless a separate arrangement is agreed.

Cancellation and refund requests

Contact support before cancelling a project. We review refund requests against the accepted scope, work completed and non-recoverable third-party costs. Approved refunds are recorded and returned through an agreed supported method. Mandatory rights that apply to your purchase are not excluded by these terms.

Security authorization

Cybersecurity assessments and testing require written authorization from the system owner and an agreed scope. You must have the right to provide all access, data and materials. We do not provide unauthorized access services. No assessment guarantees that a system is free of every vulnerability.

Hosting, domains and third-party services

Domain registration depends on actual availability and registry rules. A domain order does not reserve or register a domain until confirmed by the supplier. Hosting, software subscriptions, platform services and digital downloads remain subject to applicable supplier terms. Third-party licensing, advertising budgets and usage charges are separate unless explicitly included.

Results and responsible use

We agree deliverables rather than guaranteeing sales, search rankings, account verification or platform decisions. Use social and advertising services consistently with the relevant platform’s rules. Do not submit unlawful, infringing or misleading materials.

Use your client dashboard to open a support ticket, or email info@okayever.com. Include your order or invoice reference so we can investigate. Service changes, ongoing support and handover terms should be confirmed in writing.
